If your school offers it take an Online Class, i am. C++ first Semester, and VB 2nd. and its my Senior year wooooooo xD
( im going into my Senior year i should say ).
visual basic isn't so bad i guess. i don't prefer it,
but you can write dll's in cpp and use them in vb, so its cool.
