Well you've started being on RZ in September 2007 and trust me, It's been powered by vBulletin for a time much longer than that. Maybe you're feeling this way due to the change in the skin and now using the default vBulletin skin.

Signatures are cut to 150 pixels in height and 500 pixels in width. Anymore and it will create scroll bars. If images are used they should be no more than 400kB in size.
