Iran Test Fires Missiles - UPDATE

Iran successfully tested long and mid-ranged ballistic missiles, which could reach distances of 2,000km (which can easily reach Israel). They said that it was a response to the threats they've received from both Israel and United States, and to show that they are able to hit any pre-determined target within seconds in case of an attack.

Just recently the United States has started making deals with both Czech Republic and Poland. The deal includes building an anti missile defense shield. The reasons given for these is to defend from Iran.
In response to this move, Russia actually stepped in and has stated that if US goes through with these actions, that Russia will respond with military actions, and that there would be no room for diplomatic measures.

Seems as if there is a bit of a mix up going on there, this continues...who knows what happens next.

P.s.2: IF Russia and lets say 2-3 Ex USSR countries point their Missiles to Poland and Czech , they will think 2 of accepting those Anti missiles that wont do anything actually to their country ( Poland didnt accepted btw ( 10 interceptor missiles ) , Czech Signed to accept the Radar.

But i wonder how long it will take for the people to start complaining about that , since its not for the benefit of their country ( in fact it will make them actually a target in lets say a "Future" war

Although Iran has tested their missiles previously...this is hardly old news as it happened earlier today, and they say that it's in response to Israel's Jet exercises, and US threats.

And yes, Poland and Czech are both long ways from Iran...and those are both strategic places to contain Russian missiles, if they were to ever launch them...and it would give them a better position on Iran, even though it's thousands of kilometers away.

Ps what the Iran did was a military exercise called if memory doesnt fail me Great Prophet March III , but well all i say its Iraq also had cough cough SCUDS and whatever for Israel and err lets see how many actually hit Israel ? maybe 10 were fired , 3 landed , 2 exploded. I would see a better logic putting the radar and missiles in Italy , unless they expect to have the UK - Germany being hit , or even on the Azores US Base

The only way it would be a perfect circle is if there was only 1 missile launching site.
I assume there is more, and that they are spread around the country, meaning, each one has a different range it can reach...so it isn't a perfect circle.

Also, Iran is a big threat to a lot of the oil sites in the middle east, because it threatens to destroy all U.S areas of interest, if it is attacked.

If Iran attacks Israel, the US will defend and Russia will intervene. If Israel or the US attack Iran, Iran will shutdown the Strait of Hormuz which forty-percent of the worlds oil passes. Either way will cause World War 3.

Yeah...well Israel has a powerful ally. Now they said that those Fighter Jets about a month back which were flying west of Israel over the sea, wasn't a military exercise, but that they were getting ready for an air show...
Oil prices went up another 5.2 $ recently, due to Iran's missile tests apparently.

Definitely agree on many of those topics PlageuRat, especially with the currency change now from US to Euros...on most international exchange.

That's why I mentioned that it went up 5$ today...I know that the oil prices were rising for months now, and it has actually decreased about a week ago, but it's resuming it's rise again.
