Okay, so i'm making a music-layout for my brother, and this is my very first music-layout. :P I followed a guide but changed the most of it to the own style.

The text over the navigation is just the translation, because it is in Swedish.
It'd be great if you could rate it and come with advices.

I made it in Photoshop CS2 and used some vectors i had to :P
The vectors have white lines around them.
The gradients look kinda artificial.
It nice ^^
But the Splatters looks pixilated try to change that + The nav bar change the white to suit the red you've used it looks out of place.

It's nice, but I don't like the use of font for the logo, and the other font's sizes. Plus I don't like the colours you've used for your gradients, nonetheless looks pretty good 7/10
Btw, what are you doing with the content area? Leaving it white?

The idea you had in mind looks okay.
The buttons came out really bad. Could have been so much better.
The colors are fine just need to work on it to make it look soft and nice.
