[help]Formulas won't add to Enchating list?

Using Ascent 2.4.2 with BC installed. Have a level 70 rogue, with enchanting and leatherworking. The problem is, when I try to add a recipe that has dropped for enchanting, the game simply doesn't do anything. Not a big deal, but I'd love to enchant my Felsteel Longswords... so is there a GM command work around to either manually add the scrolls to my Enchanting library, or a GM command to add enchants to my items?

(just tested out leatherworking recipe drops as well, and I'm running into the same problem.)

(also.. all the scroll says is the name of the recipe, and the level of skill required. I could be wrong, but I remember the official servers having more info back when I used to play.)
