cabalmain.exe clean from European Client (dunno if you want this one)

I would like to set it to my language. If someone has any suggestions ,

please tell me. In my country , someone can set it to my language but

they locked IP to change. It's so bad. I promise that if i can do it , i will

share it to others.

try find way to download that client Cabal.update.ver2.1.0417.exe i think is (main 1262)

i think is block for other country, only chinese can download, i try with Orbit Download Manager but aways drop my connection but i can see the file, is 40.33mb...
if someone have or can download... plz share for us xD
