How Can I edit the drop rates in diff maps?

K thanks, but what I change there? I need change each item? or can change rate?
and 1 more thing, the drop rates are like this: .32400000000000000 or this 14.00000000000000000
what that means? the lower number the higher rate? or there is a way to read it?
