***Router problem, help! darkxl plz come to this topic!*** thanks.

I have online server with a lot of members. (40-60)
The users cannot send PM each other in game, and cant open guild and they have 10mil and class rank 5.

I think its becuse i have a router, but i open the ports 30000-40000.

All the configs have 127.0.0.1 in them, and only this:

IPAddress=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

in WorldSvr_24_01.ini have my External IP.

Becuse if i put in all the configs the external ip so there is no channels in game.

So its weird, its or me or them!

when i put this:

IPAddress=127.0.0.1

I can play in the server and with another computers cant, and when i put in there my external IP all the players can Play and i cant.

Becuse if i put my external, so when i try to connect with 10.0.0.2 in client (my Cent-OS lan IP) i can login and see the channels, but i cant connect to the channel in no way.

And when i try to connect with client external IP i cannot even see the Channels. its not login at all!

And i dont want HAMACHI!

there is a way to make the external ip refer to the lan ip?

becuse i am using IIS with the reg and i can see the reg page only in 127.0.0.1 and in my external ip its direct me to my router's home page configurations.

And its anoyying me that i cant connect to the server! only with proxy but all the time i try to use proxy i got in login fast message "dissconnected" and it dissapier and i cant login.

Please its important!

127.0.0.1 is your own ip only
change them into your ip to this where you get
hmm ..get your ip in
www.whatismyip.com
copy and change all the 127.0.0.1 into that
and it will work :)

No it dont. i try it already! dont reply if you not sure with that.
When i put in all the configs my external ip no one can connect! me and others no one! plz help someone that know..

I am not complain. i just ask for help if you know what is the problem so help me XD

Maybe its the kind of my router? becuse i can buy another one if its needed.

what kind of router do you own?

and you put your external ip in the configs or what?

I have a router "linksys".
To put the server in online mode can continue to guide me leave, is exactly the same (remember to open port to enter the server in online mode I think is 38111)

You do not need to buy the router that I have :P
I did a guide for configuring the ips:

Hmm.. you give me a vmware install guide :X i dont need it.. and i am using centos 5.1 not 4.5.

and why i have bug that users cannot send Whisper each other?

In my friend server its working.

I tried your guide but when i type service cabal stop some progress is in FAILED and not OK. and cant connect to the server!

But when i edit the IP in some places to 127.0.0.1 its FAILED too but can connect to server and Cant see any Channel!

Please, help.

I Know 100% its becuse my router, or configuration or the type of the router. i have an unknown company router :X

And yes, i open the ports! :S

i'm useing a router to. i've opened the ports and pun the routers ip everywhere in stead of the CentOS Ip it works fine no problem.
The only error i have is on map_06 it says that is corupt :scratch: :starwars:
