Personally, I've never got to Expert, I struggle on Hard, and haven't yet got through lal the songs (but I barely play it, only when friends are over) but a friend of mine has done TFAF on expert at 87%

Depends where I am and what mood I'm in
If I'm at someone's house with a bunch of friends and I wanna impress someone, I usually play electric. If it's a girl I'm playing for and I want inside their goods, it's usually acoustic.
Though personally, I have no favourite, though I play acoustic more as I don't have to mess with pedals, amp, etc.
