Connect bind item cannot be trade - When trading green astral board! **Problem Solved

I make a server with Mahi video and when my friend try to trade astral board green (code 483 i think!) its writing something like this-
Connect bind item cannot be trade.
And bike he can trade! only this and more items..
and my friend have server too and he make it with the chinese video guide and he can trade it.
What's wrong?

When i put the board on me i used ItemOpt 0 and IsUse 0.
