I hope there isn't. Some games you have to play on official servers, such as EVE Online, WoW etc
Private Servers can be bad for games.
It remains to be seen how good it will be, but it could be 1 hell of a game.
Want! Fingers crossed it doesn't go bollocks up like SWG.

I hope it's like Mass Effect when you talk to NPCs. Would be awesome. Instead of reading bunch of text, it looks like a movie while talking about quest or w/e.
If it's turn-based, then it most likely will fail (not a big fan of MMO+turns). It worked as RPG element, not sure if it's gonna for MMORPG.

House Building would be nice too like in SWG.
Example: Guild's can Built own City's on any Planet they wont

PS: This is a Game that don't need privat Server. "Pay up to 15€/month
but not more.
