I don't like those avatars...they're from the Wii and i was thinking. Perhaps Microsoft will ship extra clothes/accesoires for your avatar on Marketplace where you have to pay for? :S.

Yeah, i prefer the old dashboard, but if you have the choice to choose GamerPic instead of avatars, then I dont mind.
Hopefully it will be an optional download,

I prefer the old Dashboard, I think they've tried to go too technical with the new one, they should just keep it basic, and maybe release skins for the current dashboard (If that's not already available, I'm not sure xD)

There also was a rumor that Microsoft want to had the whole time for themself.. if they didn't.. Bungie could tell some things about a next version of Halo i thought.

None of the things you mention are original. For example scores, achievements and percentages to indicate completion of the game have been used for ages, so to make 1 general system for everything is just a variation for something that already existed.Quote:

The avatars for the Wii are not original either, countless of community programs have used them, aka not original.
People who call the Wii original are idiots, the Wii is not original, everything they use has been used in some way before, playing games with motion was for example already done before on the DC, and i wouldn't even vouch for their originality in that either, though in all honesty, the DC did have some really original ideas.
Ofcourse some ideas are completely ripped off like Sony's trophies and Nintendo's avatar system (Microsoft even more as they furthered a popular system), whereas the achievement system from Microsoft atleast has some originality.
