Based on the TOM_RUS patch

What is this Repack ?

• It's a Fast, Simple & Easy Installer for create your own WotLK MaNGOS Test Server Client 3.0.1.8634 !
• It's a base which will be used for the people who want to make test or to allow other people to also make some. Thus we all will be able to advance more quickly.

Which components must I have on my computer before using the MSI:

• Navicat or SysLog (as you want - optionnal)
• MySQL 5.x
• Client WotLK 3.0.1.8634
• Windows Installer 3.1
• Net Framework 2.0

Do i need to delete my previous version?

• Yes i need, because this last MSI include all new fixes and new stuff (Installer and Updater for Core ad DataBase)

I need to download a database, a core, or an another thing in order to create my server ?

• NO, you don't need to download an another thing . All you need is in this package !

Have you a easy way to configure ? what must I do to be able to start my server ?

• When you Install/Re-Install Mysql 5.x and you create the login & password for MySQL, choose :

But given in error items, spells, npc's that in several places it in this picture that should have not shown any mob aki!

Removed. I am a tard... I just looked at my TBC it is formated in the same way.

I did the same extraction manually!
And giving is always error in spells, items, but mobs of pra floor on the maps only!

I just do this, but a screen appears red and closes!

Hunter spells like feed pet don't work. tame pet works but you cannot feed your pet.

Whats with the mana leech on that wotlk.r3vzone.com. I made a hunter and mana starts ticking away without me doing anything. Pretty interesting.

whenever I try running the Install All Databases tool, I always get an error saying files must be missing, echo is off, please reinstall msi.

tried steps in that order, still getting the same error. Running Vista Home Premium SP1, 32 bit.

Tried on an XP Home machine with SP2 and it seems to be working. Will edit this post once certain.

EDIT:

On XP home, tried running the update tool and the Install All Databases again, kept getting errors like "The system cannot find the path specified", and when it gets to "will drop current database and replace it", it gets an error saying "unknown database".

When my friend is trying to connect to my server he get's as far as the character screen then he cannot create or log on characters that i've created for him ?

moving it into the proper folder has done the trick, much obliged.

check to make sure your ports are forwarded properly and your firewall settings allow connections, basicly you want these ports open in both 3724,6112,6881-6999

Sory for being noobish. But my first time doing with mangos. And first problem, where can I donwload this package. Am kinda lost in whole situation. I think I will be able to get it done when I have pack. Thanks for reply.

wondering is the default install C partition? Or it will install by free space? because mine is in K and when I do a database update, it says I renamed or moved something. maybe add a question of what drive and dir of root folder...

Example - 1a) Hard Drive Location By letter C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P - and so on .....
Example - 1b) So you are sure it's drive K ? ( If Correct hit ENTER or back any other key)
Example - 1c) Root location of folder ? = program files\MaNGOS WotLK or MaNGOS WotLK

Maybe something with more options and maybe an install of the app to any location you want

these are just options. Because I just had to installed the SQL's my self, not a big deal, the only thing I could think of was the location of the install and the program thought it was in C partition not K partition. Because I had more frre space on K.....

I really like how you created the install it like nothing else out there Great Job.

GetMaps does not work for x64-OS, what can I do?

I have a problem with Mangosd loading... without erriors :raincloud

Also when I run wow at login screen, It says = Unable to validate game version. this may be caused by file corruption or the interference of another program...

I'm thinking this is not for wow 2.4.3 and this might be the problem?

If so what version of wow & with or with out the exp???

I tested this package on 4 OS:
Windows Vista SP1 x64 -> Does not work
Windows Vista SP1 x86 (32Bit) -> Does not work
Windows XP SP2 x86 (32Bit) -> Does not work
Windows XP SP2 x86 (32Bit) Virtual -> Does not Work

This screenshot is from the last OS.
On the other OS's I had already running an WoW 2.4.3 Server.

you can upload the database with sqlyog too the tool doesnt seem to work.
just make 4 databases named
characters
realmd
mangos
scriptdev2
and restore the sql dumps as such.

shame this database has so much junk npc's in it is there a clean blizz like database for it somewere.
