[PHP] Drop-Down Menu

I will make this detailed, as many of my posts aren't.

Well, on my website, there are pictures in the navigation, and I want it to when you click on them (or hover, either one) that it opens a small drop-down box (white or light blue background, black border), with links inside leading to other pages.

Please post here if you have the code to do this.

I am not very smart as many of you know, so please tell me where to add the code.

I checked the source for bobbavalues.com, It's made with DHTML. It's a div tag with dynamic css position.

No please, we do not provide code on request really, so the [REQ] is absolutly useless. If it was some guide, he would've put the [Guide], or better, the [Tutorial] tag in there...both not the case.
