[Release] SoapMS Source

As SoapMS is closing down, i have decided to release the source. I am the developer of most of its content, though some of it has come from other people's patches.

We have a few exclusive things, such as events and features. I won't bother listing them. Things such as Pets and Zakum are a few things i've changed. Yes, looting works (go find it).

The SQL schema is included.

If you do use this source, or find anything you like - please give me credits.

Its not meant for you to run your server on...Well, you COULD, but you would need the SQl Structure...Speaking of which, do you have any custom SQL Tables that we should know about?

the files he included is to combine with your own or just take things from it i guess.
