Is it possible to get banned by Blizz for using a private server?
Example:
My friend logs onto my server and plays, then changes the realmlist back to Blizz... Is there a chance s/he might be banned?

Don't think so, since he's still paying for his official account, money is everything Blizzard care about.

PS. Hosting a server can lead to being sued in RL, with possible jail time if demands aren't met. And I know that for a fact, so don't try to deny it lol
