[C#] Updating

I am currently developing an application where i need to be able to read lines of text out of a text file. I know i can use StreamReader and FileStream commands. I want to be able to download a text file off of a webserver, (add in a list of files to the text file), read each file name as its own string and create an array out of those strings.
