Hey There.... anybody knows how to set up cabal using windows?

there Can't be Server only on Windows
cabal server works only on linux

It does NOT "work on windows as well". Please don't try confusing people.
The server runs on Linux and there is no way of running on windows only, the server is not designed to. Only the database runs on Windows but you can install VMWare on windows and put the server in that so you end up with an "almost windows only" install.
