I wanna know at this moment which are the good things and the bad things of this too l2 servers. I know that the L2J it is open source (which i dont think the l2 off server can beat hat.) but what is so cool no on official server files that a lot of ppl are using them... dont they realize they can modify everything they want in l2j ?
I think l2 official is alot better then l2j , why ?
Because it has no bugs, everything works.
The npcs's are in chinese, but are being translated.
L2j is opensource so you can modify it yourself, altough at this time being its far from complete.
Thats why the l2 official server is better and most likely it'll stay that way.
This is my opinion, feel free to add your own.
besides the fact that it's lame to use stolen software, the l2j servers are nearly 100% stable - there are bugs yes but the server itself will not crasha that often as the official files do
off files crash ??? I sometimes play 5 hours on a OFF File Server and it never Crash !! :toilet_cl

then the question is memory it takes 40mb of ram while l2 Off takes more(or so i have heard). True the bugs are there but i can at least play L2 on a server of my own without 1) buying more memory and 2) having to run more than 1 link and still be able to play.
l2j has a modded source out there that is 100%! I have yet to play an official server, but their rates are lower than shit. Why do people not play the official server?! They don't stop playing just to play it again, I say raise the stats. We can raise the Level Cap, then raise the Rates, and modify Monster Drops; add more aspect. Make the monsters higher levels, better drops, and high statistics.. now that would be one awesome server.

L2 off server does not have bugs! and them does not crash i am an administrator of my own l2 off and they never crash but warning u need a very best pc to run them without crashs... l2j its faster its stable but dont have anything... if you wanna only kill go ahead L2J for u if you wanna play the game L2 OFF tat its my idea...
