btw..i cant view ani.elu file (weapon) anything can let me to view it?

Nobody has figured out how to get into the ELUs as of yet, so we still need to modify the DDS files and settle for just "Skinning" the models already in game.

I haven't actually went over this tutorial, but it looks like it (at least basically) tells you everything you need to know to get started.
