If you have created the respective databases for the world, chars, and so on, you just have to right click the database and then click "Restore from SQL dump". After that you search for the proper .sql (characters.sql for the characters database, realmd... guess for what? :D ... hard to miss, anyway).

That should do it. And if you have to update things, the better thing to do is to load the .sql file and execute it (shift + F9) over the proper database.
