Hello Ragers,
RaGEZONE doesn't work on my PC at home.
It says that it can't connect trough RaGEZONE's server.
It does connect if I use an anonymous proxy, what to do?
Sincerely,
Cas

Give us more information, like your OS, browser, addons, etc.
I got this kind of error since I used Axe from Jeax.
It shows up by every browser I use.
Then get rid off it...
I deleted it after looking at it for a few minutes, but I still can't connect to RaGEZONE.
Shit, man, what do I have to do?
Boot in safe mode. Also, look at your hosts file in WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\, see if there are any weird lines.
Boot in Safe-Mode, then what?
Edit: I will scan my PC for bad cookies if I am home.
See if it works. Also, it would probably be best to reinstall your browser, run a virus scan and see if your firewall is blocking anything.
But, everything worked fine before I used Axe, and after I used it I get this error. :(
Could there be something in my register?
Maybe, what the hell is Axe anyway?
it is a habbo-scripting appliaction from Jeax (Josh).
he was moderator in the Habbo-Section of RaGEZONE.
Well, how about you ask him? Also, do as I said and boot in to safe mode and run a virus scan.
Hmm, kai, thanks for your help.
Much appreciated!
Edit: jeax is hard to reach.
As said before, look in your hosts file and remove any lines that say "ragezone.com" or "www.ragezone.com". That is most likely your problem.
I don't know about you guys and if it helps or not but I have a hell of alot of things in my firewall tab relating to Josh's programs like axed7.svhost.exe, jase.svhost.exe, axed8.svhost.exe - could that be a problem?
I'm not experiencing anything that isn't normal but what precautions should I take? safe mode and virus scans?
I took a look in my hosts file and I didn't see RaGEZONE.com in it.
I can check my Firewall-tab if I am home, and I will scan my computer in safe mode.
Bump.
Has someone an other solution?
Don't double post, and don't bump a thread just because it's been inactive for 5 hours -.-'
I am sorry, sir.
I don't know where you downloaded Axed 8 from but I looked at the developer's website and it said that Axed 8 isn't going to be released anytime soon.

Hmm, It could be Axed 7 too, don't know.
Mostly RaGEZONE don't work because of it's database error. What does it say when you try to go on www.forum.ragezone.com or www.ragezone.com
Mine says "Database Error" sometimes.
Interesting, just a bit off topic:
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is often caused by smoking and kills about 30,000 UK residents a year.
US scientists found that sulforapane increases the activity of the NRF2 gene in human lung cells which protects cells from damage caused by toxins.
The same broccoli compound was recently found to be protective against damage to blood vessels caused by diabetes.
Brassica vegetables such as broccoli have also been linked to a lower risk of heart attacks and strokes.
Cell pollutants
In the latest study, a team from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine found significantly lower activity of the NRF2 gene in smokers with advanced COPD.
Writing in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, they said the gene is responsible for turning on several mechanisms for removing toxins and pollutants which can damage cells.
We know broccoli naturally contains important compounds but studies so far have taken place in the test tube and further research is needed to find if you can produce the same effect in humans
Spokeswoman, British Lung Foundation
Previous studies in mice had shown that disrupting the NRF2 gene caused early onset severe emphysema - one of the conditions suffered by COPD patients.
Increasing the activity of NRF2 may lead to useful treatments for preventing the progression of COPD, the researchers said.
In the study, they showed that sulforapane was able to restore reduced levels of NRF2 in cells exposed to cigarette smoke.
"Future studies should target NRF2 as a novel strategy to increase antioxidant protection in the lungs and test its ability to improve lung function in people with COPD," said study leader Dr Shyam Biswal.
A spokeswoman for the British Lung Foundation said: "This is an important study for the 3 million people in the UK with COPD because of its findings about the imbalance of oxidants and antioxidants in the lungs.
"We know broccoli naturally contains important compounds but studies so far have taken place in the test tube and further research is needed to find if you can produce the same effect in humans."
Did you ever get it to work?
Maybe Axed 7 contains a hidden virus ( such as binded to a executable file )
and stop spamming.
maybe something is wrong with the browser.
OSPRO way off topic -.-
