i translated it and it meant something like "[huatsuku] [jiei] which is done"

As Flameing said before, your name can be in another language but it is frowned upon (that means that people dont like it but you wont get in trouble). Only when you post in another language and fail to give a translation of what you wrote will you get in trouble.
