Ok, I really need help on improving my english skills, I SUCK at writing, and I suck at History/Geography , but im good at science, I got an C+ in English last year, this year i really want to get better marks and stuff.
Give me some suggestions please!
Listen in class? English isn't that hard compared to other subjects.
where do u live? i would say if u live in the us watch the news =) best thing i guess and also learn ur vocab ... and spelling cause latter on its harder ( for me now .... i need mad help with spelling) <,<
When you're at home, practice writing your ABC's and write some sentences.
Do it for atleast an hour each day, up until Friday.
That's what I did when I needed help writing :tongue:
And like Mreow said, just listen in class, take notes, and pay attention.

uhmm READ as much as you can in English... it rly rly does help, builts a better and more vast vocabulary and u will prolly know how to write those words well too... and watch english Tv, news, series, etc.
Well not everybody is good at every subject but for english always no matter what you do type or write full sentences, dont short form your words so then you get into that habit. but writing is a much too general topic, you have to give us more. grammar? punctuation? poetry? please elaborate.
Has Ragezone become a place where you ask for help for school or anything under that category? I've been seeing alot of these topics now, lol.
Study harder? Get a typing class cuz that helps
Thats all you need to do is read. You dont know it, but your mind takes in the format of sentences and it automatically starts to learn which words would sound awkward in certain spots and things like that. Don't watch the news. Read the newspaper and other things similar to it. I assure you your english abilities will drastically improve withtin a month.Quote:

I improved through this forum, lol. I guess an easier way would be to read books and such, or simply study.

If you go to after school classes... Well, if you have then
the teacher goes over what you have done and goes over the problems you have trouble with..
Suggest taking after school...
