[REQUEST] BanCheck Script

Alright, for my Server I REALLY need a BanCheck PHP Script. For the last 2 hours I've been searching everywhere for it, along with one of my friends. We've found every other kind of PHP Script (Teleporter, Transferer, etc.) but we can't find a BanCheck Script.

Could somebody please write one right now or like Link me to a Page that has one I can just CTRL+C & CTRL+V quickly? I really need it, mah Server's waiting xD
