[help] really stupid photoshop question

hi all. i was just wondering if theres an actual way in photoshop to create a border. or do u have to do it with marquee tool by hand?

You can watch some vid tutz on how to make a border. There are lots of way how to make it. Just search it in Youtube.

Edit>Stroke

long tutorial short, this is the best way to put it.

I do make a border on canvasing the image. Lol. Thats what i do on putting a border.
