[Release] FlyProtection

Here's a basic script in Java to stop those fly hackers. This code is NOT fully done. You can mod it, and re-release it with some credit for this little base.

Where it says Map replace it with the nine digit map code.
Where it says MaxHeight put the max height that characters will be able to go to before they are temporarily banned.

The map is Henesys, and people can't go above '534' on the map. Remember, the 'y' for the example is just made up.

add an isGm to it, add map exclusions? You will never see the top of the map unless you fly.
