Whats a good hostcomputer? (Specifications?)

Hi, will a hostcomputer with this:
- Pentium 4, 3.0.6 Ghz
- 250 GB
- 2gb Ram
- Microsoft Server 2003

Be able to run this (lagg free):

- 24/7
- MatchServer (1000 online :P)
- MatchAgent
- ClanwarServer (500 online)
- MatchAgent for Cw Server
- ServerKeeper
- Locator
- Apache

my Server is running on 3 GB ram, 2* 2.2 proccessor, and working fine!

8GB ram and 3 g proccessor is 25/10

Overkill....You can get 1000 users on 1 gig of ram.

Will it be enough? If not please tell me what i should upgrade/need

Hell yeah! Of course its good!

Your looking at around 2000 people on there lag free, possibly more.

I worked that out from:

1 gig of RAM = 1000 people lag free.
