[Release] Wz editor

Well this is my first release and i DONT take credit for this, i found it on CEF and this is pretty old im not sure if any one released it before on rz, but please do tell me if someone did

GUIDE MADE BY ESPADA FUNG:

well letme make a guide for the character.wz editing.

open up demswz, click on the three dots a.k.a browse, and open up character.wz
wait it to finish reading whole wz file. Then uncheck "view only"
and uncheck all list in properties on the left side.

look at the bottom of properties, there's an empty box there.
type "reqLevel" and set it as "0" and check on the box.
press process all and save when u're done.

list to do with character.wz
reqLevel
reqJob
reqSTR
reqDEX
reqLUK
reqINT
reqPOP a.k.a req fame

just set the value to 0 when processing all these code.

was released on ragezone before or you mean CEF?

yep its demswz, yeh its pretty old but i wanted to release it on rz(for the users that dont go on CEF, and tbh i dont, i was just bored)
