Dragonball mmorpg JP release date?

Hi I would appreciate some help if any1 know the release date on Dragonball mmorpg.
Since I can't read the signs on their webbsite I'm not sure about it. But anyway I know it's will release somewhere between sep - dec next year in US / EU.

I swear this is only for the xbox 360 I've seen it about 4 months ago.
