Lineage II Elite Server Help?

Yes im noob and im not afraid to admit it but I really dont understand how to put all of this togeather. I want to set it up and all but its really confusing. Is there anyone that can help me set up the server for me or guide me through it? I have no exp with MySQL and Navcat if I need those programs.
