I need some help, hope some one here can help me

I am looking for a Radiant Silvergun rom, and Sega Saturn emualtor, I have downloaded a couple, but I do not know if they are any good.

That is the place I found the RSG rom, if any one can read french good, any one here use a Saturn emulator, or know any place else I can find the RSG rom, I want to play this game very badly, and I am not abpout to pay $400-500 for a copy of it, any help will be deeply appreciated.
