i like 3/2/5/5 - but my users will kill me =)
i have 5/5/5/5 and they do not want to kill me =)
I was thinking 10/10/10/1
if its set like this it would be like guild wars where everyone will get to the highest lvl easy and have all the skills and weapons, but there will be a never ending quest for clan battles and rare items trade/ hunt.
I agree with danaman, with the exception of adena to about 3-5. Leveling fast is always a fun thing, however after a certain point the market will flood with money, either causing prices to skyrocket, or plummet.

Now.. this has a catch. actually.. any HIGH rates have it regarding the dwarf
its like well they lvl up fast and make a LOT of money but the thing is, that even
if you have a really High "Drop Rate" it means it will multiply the MOB chance of
dropping something but the chance op dropping rare items arent too much affected
byt this. So you end up having a server with everything running just fine but filled up
with high lvl dwarves that cant make much of a thing for high lvl players, Like a roof
dont know if this is good or bad but the more rates you put the more this phenomenum
happends, though maybe i could make a script to increment the MOBs Item drop chance exponentially...

So your saying none of the posted scripts affect spoil drops?
Btw, what does everyone use to edit the drop rate file? You cant be going through each entry one by manually. I think that would take one person a month to do alone. :burn:
I run two servers currently, one is for regular gameplay and one is for all out pvp.
Regular server is
7x/9x/10x/7x
pk server is
50x/50x/50x/50x
Basicly the pk server is made so that drops and exp+adena are so easy to get, you dont have to be afraid of dropping your items when your red. I also have a good GM team going that monitors the PK server for griefing lamers that like spawn rape people over and over for no apperent reason. We have alot of great battles on the pk server, And i made a GM only Silenos Blowgun weapon that has 99,999 patk and 9999 atk speed XD.
that silenos blowgun is already part of the game so you modified the p.atk and atk.speed ? If you wan't your gm's to be all powerful just use the gm only skill that the ncsoft gm's use. Super hatste skill id 7029 it has 3 levels. the third level makes your p.atk with even the weakest weapons in the hundred thousands. you can one hit kill guards with your fist at the third level. The only drawback to using super haste level 3 is that before editing the skill it will make you run so fast that you warp.Quote:
