I thought i'd give it a go - mainly used the grid feature built into Photoshop - gradients here and there - The cloud stock (is it a stock? lol) was taken from one of my wallpapers from the Animated Movie Beyound the Clouds - Places Promised in our early days...

Sorry for the double post, my internet has been dead all day and is still screwed (fucking aol shite) and i managed to code it, full CSS bar 1 table for the navigation - my net is still screwed so u may find more designs by me in the coming days as it gives me something to do
