In 4chan, everyone doesn't have to put in their name to post therefore everyone goes by as Anonymous. This guy probably didn't notice that his plugin or a tool autofilled the name textbox. This guy wanted to get attention so he planned his replies and replied to himself. He didn't notice that his name was posted. Therefore telling everyone someone named Walter Calton tried to be funny by planning his replies.
