Load the game.exe in a hex editor (Ultra Edit and Hex Workshop are two popular ones). Search for whichever font it is currently using (different game.exe's use different fonts, but they're usually towards the bottom of the exe). Type in the new font.
In some exe's though changing the font can be mucho different. I'm assuming you're using an up2date one that's posted here.
To make an easier version of darkknight explation; open up your game.exe in hex editor. Scroll down to the very bottom. There should be a line called "COMIC SANS MS" Overwrite with the font you wish to. Like Tahoma etc etc..(to overwrite press the "insert" button once).
Then save it and you're good to go :P
you could show how you change the font in the program of hexdecimal?

i open my client in hex editor and i press f3 text string and i search COMIC SAN MS and i didnt found this i use bloodpt client so what to do?!?
The BloodPT client is actually pretty old. I'd recommend a different client.
But...If you know a bit of Olly, now is when Nickette's way is all the more useful.

but the client that jasonmontemor use is on korean and cant understand anything and bloodpt client is one without bugs so i think i should use him so that the onliy why to change the sans ms
Yea, bPT has bugs because the next owner gotta fix it himself. I took CrystalPT's old exe (which is bPT's from the beginning) and edited stuffs inside it. I also fixed all the bugs etc.
It took 3hours in hex. And now its done with NO bugs.
But I wont release that one :)

but swezid you know when heroesPT use your client they let them members to download patch and the patch is include the client so even u didnt realse it everyone can get him..
No, because this client we're using just work on hPT, If you're trying to put it into another gamefolder hPT will start anyway.
And if you're trying to use another client to pu into our gamefolder you wont be able to even start it. Because you'll get an error.

Well well, it depends on which program you're used to use :D
I know some ppl prefer olly and some hex.
