I use vpsland value package, it ran what little of a gunz server I had nicely with no/little lag before I shut it
down.

1280 MB Ram, 15 GB Harddrive, 400 GB Bandwidth.

You could buy a MSSQL server and have it setup for you, but you can also set it up yourself for free.
It was 29/mo. (Well i'm still paying for it. lol)
