Need a new hoster. Willing to help?!

I am asking on Ragezone.com because i love this site and i trust a certain amount of people here.
Hello i am the owner of DG GunZ aka Divine GamerZ GunZ. We are in a bit if trouble atm becuase our hoster is no longer able to host our registration site. And this means that we can get new people to play! D:


I am asking on behalf of me and my staff if someone will want to join our staff by hosting the server.
If you are interested here are the following requirements.

-Able to a server
-Able to host websites
-Able to leave computer on 24/7
-Live in Canada or USA
-Have as small of a lag as possible

Questions that might be asked...

Q-What are the perks of being your hoster?
A-You get all the new stuff before released, special privileges, and so on.

Q-Does the comp have to be on 24/7?
A-If possible yes plz but about 20 hours a day should be good.

Q-Do I get payed?
A-No sorry mate. At the moment we are raising money for dedicated server. All you do is get the perks. (its volunteering :D)
