I'm looking for some tutorial how to create a custom flash player, I've found some, like

but there you set what video to player directly in flash, but I kinda need it to be able to set what video to play in html..
there's this site called flashvillage and they have full flash websites. but they also have a flash player that loads flash through an XML file. idk. it might be useful to check out. like take the actionscript and what not apart
Maybe I'm blind but I can't really see any flash player there.. And btw, I've found this JWplayer, which is said to be editable, but with my flash knowledge it seems kinda impossible. Anyone more skilled in this kind of things around?
