Looks like the C4d's are taking up her whole body/sig.
I love it. C4Ds look great, The colors are excellent choices. Just looks a little blurry/pixelated.

Stock please then I'll rate. If the stock already had like 70% of effects then it's no need in CC'ing.

i dont know how you can that is to simple. Like wow and with the flow i dont see how anything ruins it and it could use a little more depth but thats about it. If stock doesn't have those blue things already 8.5/10
