Service Cabal Start

I used Mahi Video Guide to SET UP The Server and also Chumpy's PDF but it seems that i did something wrong and i can't understand what exactly, maybe someone of you already had the next problem and know how to solve:
[root@centos64bit ep2]# service cabal start
cabal: unrecognized service
