Question 'bout Creatin' Server in Centos

I've read some Cabal Online Server Guides, and i've noticed that all those guides uses the centos inside the VMWARE Machine

i was wondering if i can use ONLY windows and SQL to run the cabal server without need to use the centos

( i mean like i did alot of other server that doesn't need to run any other OS to work.. like Mu Online, Rag, Priston, etc...)


is that possible to do ?:?:
