Yo man,
This issue appear if you're using an incorrect type of program to run these files in.
I guess these "account manager scripts" is written in php.
So the very best program to use in this case would be IIS (Internet Information Services) - I know you already got it installed and I also know it's hard to get it work. But I will try to get as fast support to help you as I possible can.
The point by using IIS is that you are also able to set-up your clan system on it too,
at the same time running the account manager.
That's a pretty smart resolution.
Although you're running the account manager you're able to run the clan system; manager at the same time without any kind of problems.
Just finish this up and your server will be in motion and also prolly be #1 if you know how to handle it the right way!
Skillz is also needed though lol :P
And some luck is also needed xD
