[Solved] SOD never starts

Hi guys, me here again with another problem but this time is about SOD, the simple problem is don't work, i can buy the ticket and enter in SOD but the battle never starts, i mean, no monsters, no text. Let me show you a little picture more clear for understand ^^. What can be ?

I research in the forum and nothing found about it, and I test another files what supose to work but nothing.. I dont know where to start, OBDC? SQL? or Clan Files maybe? that's the problem i dont know what's the error, well i hope can help with this. Thanks in advanced :cool:

What server pack are u using? I'm assuming your hotuk is fine btw.

Did you check your SoD files? A lot of the repacks have an issue with SoD. It's mainly because the SoD files attempt to summon creatures that don't exist (in this case, incorrect monster names). However, you said it never starts...so it may not be that issue specifically.

well, i'm using server_619 the last repack i guess and i check other SOD files but is the same case. When you say SOD files you mean the bellatra.ini and folder right ?
And if you want to verificate, this is hotuk lines of sod:
*EVENT_HARDCORE
*BELATRA_TAX 10
*BELATRA_DIVSCORE
*BELATRA_MONSTER
*BELATRA_TEXT

what Server.exe your Using?

-and also try checking your Bellatra Folder, they might have an error, or? try using other Bellatra Folder,or other Server.exe

Yes, I do mean the folder and ini :) For the time being, remove the following from your hotuk--

*BELATRA_TAX 10
*BELATRA_DIVSCORE
*BELATRA_MONSTER
*BELATRA_TEXT

Also replace your *EVENT_HARDCORE with -- *EVENT_HARDCORE 2

Show us the bellatra ini (assuming you did the hotuk modifications I mentioned above).

Do you actually have monsters named like that? Do they really exist?

Use a monster editor to quickly scan through to see if they exist. Also make sure the zhoon is present.

Some files don't have those. They'd be more like--

But i had already that Simple .ini like you posted DarkKnightH20.
And it don't work. :x

Have you tried this server.exe?
It's: -KPT-Endless-Tower-Update2.2-.exe

It may work.

Nah im using to Kpt endless tower2.2 and its not working for me either,,,

Wait notice how it says //Round 1,2,3 doesnt that mean disabled? im not to sure but on other things if u put // before something, it is disabled...ill check it out

Well, i used /monster command and all monsters appear without problems

I see that I am not the only person with this problem.

Fear -- what server pack are you using?

If you're both using server_619, then my suggestion is to ditch it since it must be messed up.

And yes, // means the line is disabled. It is used for disabling pieces of a file or leaving comments.

Yea im using server 619 but if we ditch it, how will we get sod to work? server 200 files?

Well, i found the error ^^. The error is in the archives SOD-1.ase and SOD-1,ase.spp (rootserver\GameServer\Field), all you have to do is replace them with those in Server_200. Good luck! :8:
