Hi,
Well my question might be stupid but I'd like to know if it's possible to make a new world (new maps and new quests especially because I've got some tools that let me create items and creatures) without extreme coding ? I know c++ but I don't want to spend my life on this :) Just want to make a tiny map with some quests. So... How to do it ?

TBH it'll be hard to CREATE one you have to edit the .MPQ's in the wow data folder then everyone who wants to go there will have to download the edited MPQ if not they will get an error and be stuck on the error and pretty mutch lose their char
also the quest thing is easy just go into MySQL and create them :P
Uhuh yea... It's not as easy as you said I guess :(
