yup, but webhost wont allow, changing settings takes up to 20min

Yepp, RewriteRule should do the trick:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^(.*)-(.*)-(.*)\.gif$ image.php?image=$1&header=$2&description=$3 [Q,LSA]
