GothiaCMS - Help Me!

Hi!
I am an experienced PHP scriptor and i've been thinking and i want to create a new WoW CMS from scratch. I want to do this because i've been using the CMS; Ascent WebCMS, Ascent Blizzlike CMS and AscentWeb. But one or two of these CMS has had messy code and not properly explained which database to input and the other CMS just didn't work.

So what i need help with is:
Images, i need lots of different skins and i want to see which one fits, i would like to create something like a addon so the user can create his/her own skins but to start there will be a non-blizzlike skin and a blizzlike skin so i really need help with this! Else the site will just be white and black, unfortunately.

Features im sure i can create:
-MySQL database. (Supporting MySQL 5 and MySQL 6 Alpha)
-A separate MySQL Database, no integration with the WoW Ascent (World) database, its really annoying when something messes up in the CMS and you have to insert a whole new World database.
-Online CMS Admin Panel, the admin can enter the site online and change settings.
-Integrated CMS Website forum, although this will take time to avoid getting SQL injections (hackers).
-When creating an account for the CMS Website, the same account will be used ingame, this will help people which aren't so bright in these areas.
-Strongly encrypted passwords for accounts, do note that the password will be saved textplain in the Ascent World Database.
-Different language support

~I don't know what more to add, you'll have to suggest somethings.

This will not be scripted in the CMS by me:
-Flash movies
-SMTP mailing functions (but if you want SMTP mailing funcs you can download phpmailer and integrate it by yourself)
-ASPx support

So im gonna try to get an approval for a SVN from sourceforge (SF) so you can download it easily from there, it will take a maximum of 3 days to get an answer from SF.

I need this help:
-PHP Developers (Maybe 1 or 2 so we can discuss if we need help from eachother)
-Graphic Developers (We will see how many that want to join but as i said (or wrote) we need lots of different skins.)

By the way, im gonna name the CMS GothiaCMS, i hope you are OK with that because thats how its gonna be.
