Cant get Webstie online status to work?amd vote script?

I dont know what website im using actually, took it from a 2.4.1 repack. . . but anyways I got it working account creation etc but I cant find my stat folder for online status. . . my link is egwow.no-ip.org im willin to share site with someone if theyd help me figure it out lol or gimme tips on how u fix it on other repacks here is screenshot of files inside.
Also how could I add vote scripts for like people get credit for voting?
