Client keeps on crashing when trying to login my character

as the title says!

I have my server running smoothly.
During login with my client, I can login up to the selection of characters.
I can even make a character. the problem is when I start to enter the game it crashes and a pop-up message is shown.

could anyone be of help with me. I was so confused with this error.

i assume you didn't do anything to the client? or have you tried to add translations to it?
