Yeah another anime tag, I liked this tag alot myself, so hope it realy is as good as I think it might be... ;)
any comments would be appreciated...

Edit/Update: edited the pentoolage, cuzz I thought it looked not that good, also added some more fx to the orb, check new version to see differences... here it is.... xD

wel tnx for the comments guys, gonne edit it to make it even better though, cuzz got commented by others on making some changes, more stuff to the ball and the lightning like pentool, gonne add more to those things, and the ball is c4d in a clipping mask... xD I used a blue-ish light colour and put a c4d in another layer then added the ball shape above it and did clipping mask on the c4d, moved it till I liked it, and then added layer properties, with outer glow and inner glow... ;)
